Kouvola Latu has two timeshare cabins in Lapland – Rukannaava at Ruka and Tunturihonka at Ylläs. Make use of your membership discount and book a very reasonably priced cabin for your holiday!

RENTAL CABINS RUKANNAAVA AND TUNTURIHONKA

1)    BOOKING RULES

  • timeshare cabins are meant for the use of all Kouvola Latu members
  • timeshares can be rented by non-members if there is availability
  • the booking is in force once a 30% deposit is paid within 14 days of booking or date shown on the invoice
  • the remaining payment must be paid at the latest 45 days before the rental period or by the date shown on the invoice
  • deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 60 days before the rental period begins
  • the whole sum must be paid if the booking is not cancelled at least 21 days before the rental period
  • deposits can be refunded if the cabin can be rented to another party
  • cancelled bookings will be charged a €40 handling charge
  • Tunturihonka keys are available from the caretaker, Rukannaava keys can be obtained from a coded keypad next to the door, the code can be obtained from the caretaker

  • availability is announced through membership communication, the website and the association magazine

3)    RENTAL/DEPOSIT AND CONDITIONS/RATES

  • checked annually and changes will be announced through membership communication and the website

4)    MAX. PERSONS

  • maximum number of persons according to the property details

5)    PETS

  • NO PETS ALLOWED

6)    ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • arrival is from 14:00 and departure by 10:00
